We are now looking for available Retail finance talents who will be interested in being a finance manager in Shanghai. Our client is a big Denmark Company with high reputation within furniture industry abroad and they just entered Chinese Market.

This furniture group was founded in 1979. Today they have become an international group with approximately 1,500 stores in 32 countries, a staff of about 14,000, and a turnover of approximately 2 billions Euroes. They are going to build their headquarter in Shanghai recently and then start this aggressive expansion strategy of mainland China. Our client values talents a lot, this senior buyer position is scheduled to be developed to be a leader in the future, and they will send this person abroad to accept related training. The salary package of this position will be around 12,000-15,000RMB/Month or even above.

The requirements and job responsibilities are as follows:

Professional skills:
. Good English
. Have retail experience preferred
. Must be familiar with Chinese law and regulations
. Broad accounting and finance experience, - must be able to handle simple hands-on tasks

Personality:
. Good at details, but overview also important
. Strong and able to get through with own opinions
. Practical mindset, - must be able to grow with the assignments

Areas of responsibility:
1. Ensure preparing all financial reports
2. Develop and improve administrative procedures including effective use of IT for financial purposes.
