Responsibilities:

- In charge of departments Financial Accounting (G/L), Controlling (Management Accounting), IT (Later),

- Implement corporate guidelines and procedures under SAP R/3

- Qualified and acknowledged interlocutor/ advisor for local management;

- Run yearly budget routine and monitor/ track variances to budgets;

- Prepare sound analyses and suggest actions to meet targets;;

- Budget and track capital expenditures/ feasibility studies

- Prepare and comment/ analyze monthly financial closings;

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to parent company;

- File tax returns and all official declarations/ statistics requested by local authorities;

- Prepare financial statements for audit and disclosure;

- Cover all insurance and legal matters;

- Manage auditors, fiscal authorities and other business partners.

Requirements:

- University degree in Accounting or Economics, MBA is a plus;

- Experience in automotive industry preferred;

- International mindset/work experience;

- Experienced in people management/leadership

- SAP or other high ranking ERP system proficiency;

- Fluent English, German is a plus.

The position located in kunshan,and the salary of year will over 300K
