- Position Prerequisites
Education: BS degree, major in Finance or accounting management. Academic training in business management is preferred.
Experience: 5+years experience in finance management at manufacturing sites of foreign invested enterprise and in a leadership role; Familiar with US GAAP rules and Local China accounting rules; 3+years supervision of career advancement/ professional employees at foreign invested enterprise; Excellent knowledge of SAP especially FICO module or other similar ERP system; Experience with big 4 and a CPA qualification is a plus; experience with SOX and project management is preferred.
Skills and Competency: Good command of English ( both speaking and writing ) and computer; Experience in building teams and motivating people; Good interpersonal and communication skills; High sense of responsibility

- Major Accountabilities
Taking overall responsibility of the following areas:
- Responsible for overall accounting activities at Hercules Chemical ( Jiangmen ) Co., Ltd.
- Making sure accounting system comply with USGAAP and China Accounting rules
- To organize group internal reporting together with Aqualon business analysis manager for senior management reference and decision making
- Acting as a strong local SOX control leader to improve internal control of Jiangmen and coordinate with other department heads to make sure all internal control processes are in legal and SOX compliance.
- Responsible for the employee management and development in the function.
- Working as a key location lead closely with regional SAP super users and local department heads to maximize SAP utilization .
- Working closely with engineering team to ensure issues surrounding CMC2 new production lines are handled well and smoothly.
