Report to: finance manager Requirements: - University degree or above, major in accounting - Good knowledge of IFRS - Good understanding of Manufacturing and Engineering processes - Action and results oriented - Able to initiate changes - Strong communication skills - Good analytical skills - Able to work according to tight deadline - Fluent English - Team building: -Strong leadership -Continuously train for finance staff Responsibilities: Accounting - Ensure accounts are reconciled and accurately stated - Ensure the co-ordination of the annual audit and interface with outside auditors - Supervise the short term treasury management Analysis and reporting - Perform the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report to the timetable required - Perform current costs and variance to standard analysis - Prepare the forecasts and budget as required - Provide with management reporting, financial and operational analysis to support the management in its decision process - Support or initiate special projects to improve operational performance (productivity programs, cost reduction …)
