JD:
1.Leads and supervises the financial team in the day-to-day financial operations and accounting functions;
2.Responsible for the monthly closing to ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial results to OCRA for global consolidation;
3.Continually improve EPR system (Microsoft Dynamic AX) to optimize its process efficiency and business support capability;
4.Prepare annual budgets as well as periodic rolling forecasts; track and analyze actual results against budgets. Participates in the development of action plans in support of achieving

established targets;
5.Closely work with local management team, supplies management reports and business scenarios analysis to delivery head and functional leaders for supporting decision making;
6.Acts as business advisor to the China Delivery Head to support business decisions;
7.Prepare cash flow analyses and monitor company cash position;
8.Liaise with local tax authority and ensure compliance in taxation; work on business tax refund according to local tax benefit policy;
9.Coordinate year-end audits and help with the corporate internal audit;
10.Coordinate with the accounting agents in Taiwan, Korea and Japan; prepare monthly and ad hoc reports to group headquarter as well as support business operation for those APAC

business units.
11.Be part of local china Management team to support business decision making.
