Job description:

• Manage and lead the financial planning and analysis activities by providing analyses and counsel to functional and business unit leaders in order to optimize financial returns and enhance business performance.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting and analyses.
• Provide support to sound business decisions (e.g. product line profitability, channel profitability, capital and investment decisions, etc.) via financial modeling, project-based reporting, sensitivity analyses and/or other reports.
• Drive and improve the process (with input from and coordination with other functions/locations) to consolidate and evaluate the monthly, quarterly and annual financial estimates.
• Drive and improve the process (with input from and coordination with other functions/locations) to consolidate and evaluate the annual budget.
• Develop processes and reviews to help identify areas for improvement in forecast accuracy and improve overall quality and visibility of financial reporting systems.
• Take up ad-hoc projects as requested by senior management.
• Coach and develop staff in the FP&A team.

Experience and qualification:

· 8-10 years of solid and progressive experience in accounting and/or financial planning and business analysis role.

· Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance .

· At least 2-3 years experience in FP&A manger role or supervisory experience in MNC and/or local sizable companies.

· Must be a business smart, self starting and strong communicator with business partners.

· Team player, detail oriented, strong analytical skills, self-confident and well-organized.

· Independent thinker with ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.

· Solid experience in supporting business planning for new products (business plans, SWOT analysis, financial models, etc.).

· Prior experience in developing and implementation of FP&A reporting system and processes.

· Solid systems with Business Object/datawarehouse experience preferred.

· 2-3 years audit experience preferred.

· High tech industry experience preferred.
