5.Budgeting and forecast: Coordinate budget for all subjects(HR, cost center, investment,sales),Monthly forecast

6.Corporate Governance:SOX,Risk management(design test process and perform test),Auditing,All compliances,

7.Plus 21 costing saving:Support all projects to achieve 7M Euro target

8.Special topics: investment, Headcount, capacity, inventory, margin,processes,reporting optimization,

9.Signatures/Approvals: Purchase order, payment, investment, lease,

10.Meetings:Board meeting,quarterly review,monthly review

11.Other topics from Germany and local management.

Achievements:

1.Reorganized and neaten the budgeting processes(integrate 4 level loose excel files).

2.Redesigned the profit center report and make it more simple and understandable.

3.Developed the monthly review contents.

4.Analyzed the variance calculation logic and training.

5.Conducted the internal control audit.

6.Streamlined sales and logistic into a team to optimize inventory.

I have resigned from this company due to its loose managemnet (without a permanent general manager) and intensive interfering from various HQ departments.

最近一直在面试。中国人最喜欢问的问题包括：

1.你为什么离开上家公司？

这个问题中国HR人必问。就像你非要搞清一个准备再婚的人为什么离婚一样让人尴尬。HR人很阴私，也喜欢问阴私。

2.你的优势和劣势

这个问题比较好忽悠

3.你感觉最成功的一件事

这个需要准备一下，给出一个合理的例子

4.你有哪些原创的建议让公司受益

对于普通的财务职位比较难，但依然有很多机会，比如降低库存，优化流程，纳税优化等等。

5.你在上个职位最大的收获是什么？

这个因人而已，但要突出自己的努力后的收获和感受

面试要有信心，诚恳而坦然，说话清晰不要太快，尊重对方（不管对方如何强势或无理，这本身就是一种压力测试）。不管如何都要展示自己职业，专业的一面。

楼主能举个例子以自己的经历回答问题2，3，4，5 吗？好长时间没有去面试，最近被问到，但当时没答上来，自己也问过很多来我这面试的员工，但他们的回答和我一样，很迷惑。
