JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Chief Financial Officer
Job Location: Shanghai
Description of the company: a rapidly expanding high fashion retailer
Responsibilities include:

* As part of the executive management team, collaborate on ensuring the business delivers its overall goals and meets or exceeds company’s expectations.
* Full P&L responsibility.
* Produce is accurate, timely and usable financial reporting, to be utilized by internal and external users of company information.
* Provide strategic leadership and procedures in the areas of accounting and finance in order to maintain accounting processes and controls to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting.
* Analyze, recommend and implement improvements to ensure integrity of financial controls and reporting with executive management and outside Auditors to accommodate significant growth.
* Oversee the preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial operating reports and Provide comprehensive analysis.
* Compile and deliver sound economic financial plan for both short-term and long-range forecasts.
* Lead annual budgeting process and setting financial targets.
* Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory and reporting requirements on an ongoing basis.

Experience required:
* Minimum 10 years experience as a Financial Director in fashion retail company or senior position in big international audit firms.
* Experience in establishing controls and accounting policies in a rapid growth environment.

Skills and Abilities/Qualification
-Bachelor degree above on finance, accounting or relative areas
-Certificated license on accounting or CPA; MBA degree preferred
-Be a self-motivated and teamwork-oriented leader
-Good at balancing different background people
-Good oral and written English
-Fluent on MS office

月薪60000/月+奖金
