具体描述：

Responsible for development of a compliance culture through design, implement and monitoring improved financial controls and business processes The person shall have good problem solving skills, communication skills and be able to deal with people in such a manner.
? Lead in the establishing, maintenance and monitoring of effective and efficient controls, especially controls in stores;
? Leading Internal Control “workshops” to enhance the company internal control document the control processes, identifying controls points, objectives to deliver those controls and key controls to ensure the control objectives are met;
? Standardise or automate control processes.
? Ensure that the correct monitoring controls are in place, and that these are performed on a timely basis;
? Ensure documented processes are updated to reflect changes in the business or control environment;
? Follow internal audit reports recommended improve controls and lead the implementation of these improved control processes;
? Maintaining the Delegations of Authority and ensuring compliance.

任职要求：

University degree, major in accounting/finance is preferred
4+ years of working experience includes 2 years experience on internal control and able to lead project and work across teams to deliver the performance .
Solid verbal and writing skills – English & Chinese.
? Sounds Knowledge of internal control and process improvement experience.
? Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and professionalism.
? Must be able to work independently after receiving detailed, specific instructions from supervisor.
? Familiar with retailing operation procedure will be a plus.
Experience in retailing and project management added advantage.
