具体描述：

Key Responsibilities:

creates and drives a culture of quality, accountability and compliance; ensures the integrity and compliance of the financial reporting process and financial statement with local and US GAAP
prepare business plans, prepare appropriate price-volume analyses to identify market trends and profitability impacts of market place factors
responsible for producing accurate financial reports, managing budgets, monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends, and keeping changes in financial regulations and legislation
proposes and implements improvements in accounting and reporting systems along with internal controls to facilitate accurate and timely reporting
create and translate operating plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure that the organization achieves its financial targets; recommend appropriate corrective action as needed
provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts and budgets; provide management with direction for achievement of corrective action, where necessary
perform a financial review of all CER requests relating to the business unit; coordinate the development, monitoring and implementation of inventory objectives for business unit
manage directly the activities of the accounting and costing functions; coaches and develops assigned personnel; subordinate functions complying with policies and corrective actions

任职要求：

bachelor’s degree of business administration or bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting; MBA in finance
ten years’ related experience and five years’ management experience
extensive experience in financial reporting, internal control, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, insurance and accounting
excellent analytical skills and excellent PC skills
excellent interpersonal communication skills, excellent managerial skills and excellent organizational skills
fluent in English and Mandarin
