公司背景:美资企业(国际指纹门的线路板生产和电子制造供应商EMS,在全球三大洲欧亚北美,6个国家设18个工厂,职员30,000人,广泛应用于汽车工业,消费电子,通讯网络,计算机,数据通讯及工业仪器。)

工作地点:广州

工作岗位:Credit Manager

薪水:20-30K

工作职责:

1.Responsible for processing customer credit inquiries, collection of delinquent accounts.

2.Analyzes each advanced past due account to effect collections while adhering to legal regulations and company policies.

3.Reviews credit bureau reports/D&B report and customer payment history to determine the customer’s ability to meet payment obligations.

4.Supervises staffs and develop activities related to collections.

5.Perform credit and collections functions in accordance with the Corporate Credit Policy.

6. Resolve collection disputes with customers independently

7.Analyze customer aging reports and work collaboratively with the Accounts Receivable staff and the Sales & Customer Services Department to take necessary corrective action with problem accounts.

8. Perform diversified scheduling, analyzing, customer contact and investigating duties to ensure prompt payment of delinquent/ slow payment accounts in assigned territory (PRC).

9.Contact specific customers to determine when payment will be made and reason for delay, exercising tact to avoid friction and obtain cooperation. Record information received for future reference and follow-up.

10.Establish rapport with the Accounts Receivable staff and the Sales & Customer Services Department to effectively initiate collection process improvement.

岗位要求:

1.Degree holder in Finance / Accounting field

2.At least 5 years of solid experience in Credit Control function

3.High proficiency both written and spoken English & Chinese, Cantonese is preferable

4.Good PC knowledge particular in Microsoft Office

5.Excellent communication and management skills

6.Initiative, hard working, willing to work overtime and under pressure & meet tight reporting deadline


工作岗位:SOX Manager

工作职责:

1.To evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management and develop recommendations.

2.To ensure internal operations meet with the Corporate defined key controls matrix and address financial, compliance and operational risks in accordance with professional standards.

3.Develop standardized SOX documentation and SOPs and document control matrices across all business units, where applicable, and a SOX Plan to comply to SOX 404 annually

4.Works with the team to ensure that remediation plans are appropriate, implemented in a timely manner, and yield desired results.

5.Conduct regular compliance tests on implementation of policies and procedures.

6.Ensure robust grant system access controls, termination and monitoring controls are in place.

7.Liaises with Internal and External auditor on SOX, internal controls related and operation matters.

8.To identify best practices for adoption across business units.

岗位要求:

1.Bachelor degree holder in Finance / Accounting field.

2.At least 5-6 years of solid experience in qualified Accountant, 1-2 years MNC exposure with solid experience in SOX, good at project management skill.

3.Knowledge of Chinese and US GAAP.

4.High proficiency both written and spoken English & Chinese, Cantonese is preferable.

5.Good PC knowledge particular in Microsoft Office.

6.Excellent communication and management skills.
