Roles
Direct all activities of the Financial Shared Service Center

Responsibility

This position is responsible for the overall management of the Shared Service Center, including staffing, cost center budgeting and control, reporting and coordination with the supported units and Group functions. This position involves constant tracking and assessment of SSC performance to ensure that optimal service is delivered to the business units.

This position will have direct oversight for the process area leaders (A/P, A/R, G/L) and will ensure compliance to Group reporting requirements.
