Primary Responsibilities:ffice:office" />

1. Manage GE Infra Shanghai and GE Betz Wuxi financial reporting, control and information systems to ensure adequate records are maintained, appropriate authorization of transactions followed and all assets safeguarded.

2. Ensure US, GE & local GAAP finance records are maintained in timely, accurate and complete fashion

3. Assist controller to drive consistent and effective policies and procedures during monthly/quarterly close process including account reconciliations, account reconciliation audits, GE Corporate Data Request (DR) submissions, representation letters and adjusting entries.

4. Initiate process improvements and drive financial system SAP productivity across finance/function team with a focus on robust, lean processes.

5. Smooth buy-to-pay process. Drive sourcing and GBS AP metrics to reduce and manage aged pending invoices and aged AP related account balance

6. Assist controller for account reconciliation preparation/review and balance sheet review, improve the account rec. quality and the accuracy of balance sheet.

7. Responsible project accounting /warranty accounting methodology and booking accuracy.

8. Coordination of the Statutory Audit with accounting firm and support the internal audit request.

9. Drive documentation management across functions to compliance with external regulations and internal policies.

10. Drive controllership initiatives to enhance the quality of controllership foundation of the team. Flexible and capable to jump in emergency situation for temp task assigned.

Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance

2. CAS/FMP graduate preferred

3 Over 5 years finance working experience with solid technology skill in manufacturing finance and costing

4. Familiar with PRC & US GAAP accounting procedures

5. Good Communication Skills With Internal and External customers, fluent in English

6. Process Oriented, Strong Controllership and Compliance Mindset
