岗位职责：

Accountabilities

Business and financial support :
– Reporting to CBR NCB Supply Chain Director to support NCB business strategic decision making including business P/L forecasting, new investment analysis, contract negotiation support and new strategic development support; operation monitoring including production, product supply, co-packing arrangement, KPI tracking and daily supporting, etc.
For Control part,
- Operation Management & Control
– Manage daily finance operation / cash flow of GZ-NCB
– Ensure all PI and PRC statutory/tax reporting are promptly and accurately prepared
– Review NCB related Capex, including those under GZ-NCB plant and those under co-packing locations.
– Work with FSSC and GZ-NCB in streamlining and improving business process to improve productivity.
– Identify and pursue implementation of productivity initiatives
- Risk management
- Implement PepsiCo risk management initiatives and Best Practices
– Ensure all company assets are well protected and insurance promptly purchased and renewed within GZ plant or under co-packing locations.
– Review transfer pricing on NCB products with Corporate Tax and Area/MU for ensuring compliance with PI policy and PRC tax regulations
- Compliance
– Ensure full compliance to PI operating controls, governance requirements and procedures
– Ensure compliance to all statutory, accounting and tax laws and regulations
– Play critical role in all significant purchasing process
– Ensure timely implementation of internal & external audit recommendations
- Coordinate with Area Finance Director, MU GM/FM, IT, Corporate Legal/Tax/Treasury on NCB related issues
