岗位职责:
Provide day to day management and leadership in all areas of Finance, Human Resource and Administration.
? Oversee and develop the budgeting, financial analysis, financial and management reporting functions to provide monthly financial statements.
? Ensure that the financial systems, personnel and processes provide the necessary information to make the best business decisions.
? Build credibility with management and staff by understanding the business and providing insight about the key performance drivers.
? Oversee and develop financial reporting systems which provide better real time information.
? Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate accounting department staff in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Tianjin offices to ensure maximum productive and employee engagement.
? Facilitate and support the annual review by outside auditors, resulting in an unqualified opinion and the timely submittal of tax returns.
? HR administrations, recruit new employees, draft and keep record of employment agreement, set up and implement employee annual performance review system.
? Draft and update internal regulations, staff pension and housing fund management
? Monitor offices daily admin. issues
? Cope with in house attorney and law firms
? Deal with tax bureaus, financial bureaus, banks, FESCO and other relevant authorities
