Title :Accounting Supervisor

Main responsibility:

• 1.Ensures the accuracy and on time periodical information from Finance Department;
• 2.Implement and maintain strong finance controls in Finance Department, involved to build up and improve the internal control system
• 3.Work with SAFE, tax office and take care of tax filling, manage interface to relevant government authorities, ensure compliance with government and company regulations and rules.
• 4.Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively, manage the daily work of Accounting department.
• 5.Treasure management for both plant
• 6.Other tasks as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• 1.University Degree in Finance or Accounting, at least four years work experience in Finance area in multinational company, two years or above managing experience is preferred.
• 2.Good written and spoken English, good knowledge in MS office products and ERP system
• 3.Good communication and team work skills
• 4.Can work under pressure

PS:相当于部门负责人，目前下面有五个人，一个出纳，四个会计，一个负责APAR,一个是费用，一个是税务兼总账
