岗位职责

? Lead and supervise the work of the Corporate Finance Department
? Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information to internal and external. Guarantee that the reporting is in line with IFRS and PRC standards
? Co-ordinates the independent audits including preparing financial statements which are audited. Act as the first point of contact for the auditors
? Ensure appropriate reporting and compliance processes
? Participates in IT projects in the region/country to implement effective systems for trading, execution, purchase management, cash management, etc. In charge of accounting system implementation and improvement
? Supports the BD/M&A activity in financial process and analysis and post merger integration
? Assist CFO to continuously strengthen the Finance Policy within the Company
? Interact with finance peer group as well as with business unit heads to provide consultative support for any project requiring financial advice
? People Management - Select, train, develop and motivate direct reports as well as monitor performance in order to achieve functional and departmental objectives within China’s strategy and guidelines
