岗位职责

- Serve as the key contact to the portfolio company. Participant in the daily operation of the portfolio company such as sales/marketing, finance, procurement, etc.
- Prepare periodic reports of the portfolio company to the senior management of the parent company.
- Assist the portfolio company in identifying acquisition targets. Provide necessary services such as valuation and negotiation.
- Liaise with external parties such as lawyers, accountants and bankers
- Handle the financing and investor relationship functions for the portfolio company.
- Participant in the negotiation of the JV and technology transfer agreement
- Business opportunity identification and due diligence
- Other duties as assigned.
