岗位职责

Audit Director
Organization: Internal Audit
Location: Qingdao、 Beijing、
Report to: CFO
Subordinates： 4 Auditors

Goals/Mission:
Based in Qingdao, the position is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of internal audit projects, to ensure that they are executed in accordance with the prescribed group internal audit methodologies, policies and procedures as well as in a high quality manner and in accordance with the prescribed timelines and budgets.

The role will also function as the day-to-day point of contact for management, on all assigned audit engagements, and provide internal audit process and control recommendations and best practice guidance. Good technical abilities are essential in order to effectively establish agreed management action items and timelines for completion of such audit recommendations.

This role will support the concept of Integrated Audits and work in a coordinated approach together with the other Managers and Auditors responsible for Operational, Compliance or IT Audit etc and ensure that the audit findings are appropriately considered.
