l Lead and take full responsibility for all issues related to finance.
l Ensure effectiveness and accuracy of accounting systems. The assistant finance controller should also take the lead to continuously develop the accounting system and ensure the compliance with Chinese and group’s accounting standards.
l Responsible to maintain close relationship with financial institutions to ensure needs are adequately serviced.
l Set up a risk management mechanism to enhance the control policy for finance issues in business operation.
l Commercial supports in terms of price control, forecast, commission, credit management etc to help the management team make decisions.
l The assistant finance controller is responsible for supporting internal and external audit.
l Responsible to monitor the profitability of the company and suggest changes and improvements were such are possible and needed in order to run a smooth and efficient business.
l Lead the financial planning process (budget & estimates).
l Faithfully uphold the image of the company and always act in a way that benefit the company’s interest and helps to develop the company towards its goals and objectives.
l Diligently promotes cohesiveness without prejudice against other departments and leads subordinates to solve communication problems between departments.
l Be the key player of SAP implementation plan.
l Balance Sheet Review and Accountant reconciliation.
l Management report and group reports to US division.
l Lead and train the staffs.
l FCPA compliance.
l Standard cost set up and cost variance analysis.
l Key projects deviation analysis
