职位职能: Finance Analysis Manager

职位描述:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Responsible for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and weekly flash report;
2. Act as Financial Business Partner to support CEO in business growth, including investment, acquisitions, etc.
3. Special project analysis;
4. Product mixture and margin analysis;
5. Monthly business review with management team on actual financial result and forecast;
6. Identify key drivers for business growth or obstacles which will cause risk in business and propose solution for management action;
7. Post acquisition analysis for new project;
8. Other adhoc tasks;

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

1. Bachelor degree in business, accounting or finance;
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a multinational company;
3. Familiar with PRC & US GAAP compliance;
4. Proficient in English, with good reading and writing skills;
5. Familiar with Oracle, Hyperion would be an advantage;
6. Willing to work under pressure, independent and conscientious;
7. Self-motivated, willing to study;
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a good team player at the same time;
9. Ability to cope with work pressure, handle multi-tasks concurrently but still manage to meet tight business deadlines;
10. Must possess high potential for further development to more senior management position;
