岗位职责

-Be in charge of the management of the finance department and the whole accounting of the company
1、负责管理财务部，负责公司整个会计工作
-Be in charge of the internal controlling, collect and report the financial indicators of the company to the board of directors and general manager
2、负责内部控制，搜集整理公司的财务指标，并向董事会和总经理汇报
-Assist and participate in making important decisions regarding HR, purchasing, logistic, and administration
3、协助和参与制订有关人事、采购、物流及行政上的重大决策
-Create budgets, inspect and ensure its implementation
4、制作预算并监督确保其执行
-Create and implement, together with the management and the board of directors, the financial and economical strategy of the company
5、与董事会及管理层一起，建立和执行公司的财务战略
-Cooperate with the German party and prepare internal financial reports for the mother company in Germany
6、与管理层一起与第三方（银行、政府机构等）就有关财务的事宜进行谈判
-Ensure the accuracy of the reports for the authorities and to make sure they are done according to the legal frame
7、确保递交给政府机构的财务报表的准确性以及合法性
-Communicate and cooperate with external consultants (auditor, tax advisor)
8、与外部咨询公司（如审计师、税务顾问）沟通合作
