JOB PURPOSE 职位目的:

Manage CHC plant accounting team, ensure the monthly closing & accounting accuracy and timeliness

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 关键职责:

· To manage the CHC plant accounting team (Sales, AR, General and Treasury accounting)

· To responsible for monthly closing job, ensure monthly closing procedure followed properly, ensure timelines, accuracy and compliance of all accounting reports

n double check and sign off plant entries before posting, ensure the accounts, PA segement and cost center are properly identified and follow SAP rules

n issue Debit Notes for commercial expenses rebilling, reconcile inter-company transaction with Reporting Supervisor together, settle the outstanding invoices with inter companies

n supervise on preparing sales and account receivable reports, periodically check and ensure collection entries followed SAP clearing rules

n supervise on preparing, verifying and release customer various purchase rebates

n supervise on labour cost and reconciliation statement

n supervise on subledger reconciliation

n draft monthly financial controlling comments concerning balance sheet parts

n prepare monthly full financial package timely

· To ensure all accounting and internal controlling procedures are followed properly

· Responsible for external statutory audit and obtain the final audited report timely

· Repsonsible for the tax matters and treasury matters for plant

· Resposnbile for daily plant accounting affairs

· Other plant accounting related tasks assigned by supervisor

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 基本要求:

· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

· 2-3 years accounting/financial manager experience in foreign invested manufacturing Company

· Qualified CPA

· Familiar with US and Chinese GAAP, Chinese regulation

· Good Communication skill, English proficiency in both written and spoken
