Position Title: Finance Manager

Reported to: Financial Controller

Secondary (Dotted Line) Manager: N/A

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will primarily be responsible for the proper accounting, reporting, and analysis including accuracy and timeliness of monthly and year end financial statements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare and review monthly financial statements and annual statutory accounts.

2. Evaluate complex business events and transactions, and identify/apply relevant accounting, disclosure, tax and regulatory standards

3. Respond to ad hoc inquiries regarding accounting requirements for firm transactions

4. Maintain quality control over internal and external deliverable

5. Be responsible for key control processes, both internal or external driven control processes

6. Work closely with regulators and external auditors

7. Liaise with business side on finance and planning matter

8. Develop and follow the general finance and accounting systems, procedures and controls, and ensure its implementation

9. Managing a team, providing leadership, continuity and mentoring.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree or above on finance and accounting.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum eight years experience in accounting/finance with at least two or three years experience in a managerial position in MNC.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

10. Be familiarity with PRC TAX/FINANCE law as well as International Accounting Standards.

11. A positive mindset and a can-do attitude as well as developing people.

12. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across functions & at different levels within the organization

13. Managing smooth & effective communication with internal & external related parties.

14. Commitment to continuous improvement

15. Ability to work and perform well under pressure.

16. A regular self-starter having the initiative to take proactive actions to address anticipated issues.
