KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Consolidate monthly revenue forecast for China: ? Preparation of detailed commentary on variances from prior forecasts and actual results. ? Detailed tracking of major revenue items ? Alignment among commercial leads. 2. Manage quarterlyrevenue forecastprocessincluding the liaison with sales management, marketing and divisional analyst on the preparation and evaluation of end of quarter revenue reports. 3. Monthly review on revenue by major product category, comments on actual vs. plan and forecast and YoY variance analysis etc. 4. Consolidate revenueannual plan for China to align with business development and organizational changes. 5. Develop analytical tools, systems and processes to support the business. 6. Provide analytical reports to business partners, e.g. management report by sales team, by major product category etc. 7. Provide analytic support for special project and evaluate return on investments. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: The Sr Finance Analyst or Finance Manager must be degree qualified, preferable a qualified member of a professional accounting association, and have experience with both accounting and financial planning & analysis roles and have previously in management accounting or analyst type roles for a minimum of 8 years including at least 3 year people management experience. Critical skills include: ? Strong understanding of financial statements and financial systems. ? Strong systems skills with ability to learn new systems quickly. Advanced Excel is required. The experience with ERP system will be preferred. ? Ability to identify issues, make decisions and meet deadlines. ? Business acumen: basic organization and industry knowledge, quick learner about products and markets. ? Capability of multi-tasking and prioritising projects/tasks. ? Solid communication and interpersonal skills. ? Service oriented to multiple business partners and peer groups and committed to meeting deadlines for Executive reviews. ? Fluent spoken and written English is required. Ability to work independently with English speaking colleagues is essential ? Someone comes from software industry is a plus The Sr Finance Analyst/Finance Manager must have excellent analytical and diagnostic skills with a proactive, and commonsense approach to issue resolution. A hands-on style and an enjoyment derived from working closely with teams will be necessary.
