Requirements:
- education (university degree as a plus) with focus on accounting, controlling, finance or international business财务，成本控制，金融或国际商务等相关专业，本科学历优先
- At least 2 years experience in an international manufacturing company (as a plus) as well as accounting/finance and controlling (of production cost)二年以上财务或成本会计工作经验，有国际制造业企业工作经验者优先
- Good communication and organization skills, strong analytical skills, flexible, able to work under pressure善于沟通，工作有条理，良好的数据分析能力，能承担工作压力，工作方法灵活机动。
- Working knowledge in English. German a plus能用英语工作，会德语者优先
- Familiar with MS Office and ERP systems (experience in SAP is a plus) 能熟练使用办公软件word、Excel，PowerPoint和ERP系统，有SAP工作经验者优先

Job Description：
- Preparation of monthly management reports as well as presentation准备各种月度报表和会议文件
- Key Data, cost center and budget Controlling分析关键数据，成本中心费用跟踪并与费用预算对比
- Sales controlling as well as intercompany transfer price definition编制销售额分析报表，跟踪转移定价价格
- Take part in the annual business plan and quarterly rolling forecast both within company and in compliance with group requirement按照领导要求，参与编制年度经营计划，季度滚动预测
- Product line controlling of service activities管理售后服务部的产品成本
- Ensure companies accounting is in line with group standard regarding cost center and cost elements保证财务记账符合集团的工作准则
- Projects regarding Continuous Improvement Reporting and Controlling (e.g. transfer price definition / process with intercompany sales units in Shanghai as well as foreign countries)参与持续改进项目
