JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Balance Sheet Lead for ANZ, Korea & TW

Department: International AP Accounting

Report To: Consolidation Manager

Location: Beijing

Job Responsibilities:

l Responsible for general ledger / balance sheet for the company Australia, New Zealand, Korea and Taiwan Region.

l Responsible for balance sheet account reconciliation.

l Ensure the balance sheet data integrity and accuracy.

l Lead balance sheet monthly closing.

l Prepare balance sheet analysis and reports and review with manager and WW

l Work with finance team and other functional team to find out root causes of issues and resolve the issues in a timely manner.

l Review current financial process and focus to find out a way to improve them.

l Coordinating statutory/tax reporting by providing accounting data.

Professional Skills Required:

l Recognized degree in finance or accounting

l Computer literate and excellent hand-on spreadsheet knowledge

l Good interpersonal and team player.

l Good English language in both reading, writing and speaking

l Time management skill

l Initiative and independent.

Job Experience Required:

l 3 years plus experience in finance function, a multinational company & big 4 audit firm working experience a plus

l Some experience in manufacturing operation

l CPA preferred
