Key Deliverables: Ÿ Be a strong supporter of finance manager Ÿ Ensure smooth coordination of accounting activities for The Company, and these should include matters relating to monthly/yearly closing, SAP implementation and training, tax, audit , financial reporting, etc. Ÿ Assist finance manager to build a competent and motivated team. Ÿ Continuously improve on the work procedures to ensure the optimal finance activities performance being delivered in the most efficient and effective manners. Ÿ Lead finance dept continuous improvement Ÿ Lead Finance and Accounting Dept project
Main Tasks: Ÿ Ensure timely and accurate reporting of balance sheet and statutory PL Ÿ Coordinate audits, both internal and external. Ÿ Proactively lead the team to look for improvement opportunities in work procedures, and better policies, to achieve higher level of productivity in the work Ÿ Work proactively with other teams across functions in NNCP, and IO/Corp finance teams. Ÿ Lead and participate in NNCP, IO/Corp projects. Ÿ Assist finance manager to lead the Finance team to provide value-add and timely services to internal and external customers.
