Job Description

Position : CFO

Report to : General Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Improve cash flow and ensure liquidity of the venture

· Evaluate customer credit and manage working capital

· Timely and accurate completion of monthly and annual financial statements, management reports and budgets

· Compliance with corporate policies and law

· Drive continuous improvement into internal control environment

· Coordination with internal and external auditors

· Costing analysis and review of business cases to support customer pricing decisions

· Evaluate new capital investments

· Provide financial leadership to the organization in close conjunction with the General Manager

· Development of the finance team

Primary Requirement for Candidates

· Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Finance/Accounting or related major

· CPA or equivalent with good knowledge of US GAAPale%20Xiang" datetime="2005-10-25T13:03"> gained in Big 4 firm or US multinational manufactory environment

· At least 8 years of working experience in a multinational company or firm and over 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager role in manufacturing industry

· Experience in system implementation and ERP knowledge

· Proficiency in manufacturing cost accounting and project cost control is basic requirement

· Knowledge of US S-O-X and good understanding of internal control concept

· Attention to detail is a must

· Strong leadership in taking responsibility and challenge the status quote

· Integrity, independence and passion for excellence

· Good problem solving and decision making skills

· English proficiency, particularly in speaking and writing

· Strong communication skills with can do approach

· Capability to work under pressure and meet strict deadline

· Must demonstrate a leader as well as team player in team environment
