Financial System Project Manager/ System Analyst(北京)
Department Description: Networks &
Enterprise IT Build Team, responsible for the financial aspects of the Oracle
ERP Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable and General Leger modules
including:
· Main focus would be on Project Accounting functionality and reporting being
delivered out of the system and to drive enhancements to that area
· Understanding the Projects Accounting module system set ups and the financial
impacts
· Liasing with end-users to help coordinate and communicate enhancements and
functionality
· Liasing with end-users to solve problem tickets, providing process solutions
as well as system solutions
· Assisting with future regional deployments of the OTC system, including
training super-users on all the financial modules mentioned above
· Updating key documentation for training and configuration
· Assisting with other future enhancements to the system (requirements
gathering, testing, documentation, execution)
· Project lead or manager focusing on finance (AR/FSS) related functional area
in AP region
Role Desc:
Basic expectations: experienced Business System Analyst
- The Business Systems Analyst is the primary interface with key business
clients for business requirements, gap analysis, and configuration of
internally developed or third party applications. They are responsible for
planning and coordinating a variety of business and technical areas (e.g.
manufacturing/CIM, engineering, business, messaging, e-commerce) to be enabled
with automated systems. They determine techniques to improve the basis for
decision making, policy construction, design and execution. They provide
technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, creating specifications for
and deploying/implementing solutions that are cost effective and meet client
requirements. They coordinate with all organizations involved to ascertain
system requirements, (e.g., program functions, output requirements, input data
acquisition, data validation, archiving, and system techniques and controls).
They ensure that the final solution meets client needs as well as functional
requirements.
Advanced expectations: Project manager of IT Projects
- IT Project Mangers are responsible for the delivery of IT projects. They are
responsible for completing projects within budget and on time while meeting
client requirements. They are responsible for initializing, planning, executing
and closing projects. They are responsible for building client relationships
and stakeholder expectations, providing project leadership, leveraging project
management tools, monitoring project performance, and understanding their
projects strategic impacts.
Skillset:
1.6-8 years finance/accounting experience
2.CPA/MBA a plus
3.Some travel required
4.Oracle Project Accounting or General Leger experience and knowledge a must
5.Systems expertise of Oracle PA, AR, GL, Oracle ERP modules)
6.Experience with SQL is a must, knowledge Brio, Hyperion or other Data
Warehouse reporting tools a plus
7.Willingness and ability to get into the details and solve problems
8.Global experience a plus
9.Has ability of project planning/development/management/deployment.
10.Has strong skill of self-learning and working independence as well as good
team work. Initiative, creative and proactive.
11.Has strong communication skill with fluent oral and written English.

Scope of Responsibilities:
-Provide tax planning and strategies for all businesses within Motorola Greater
China.
-Provide advise to tax compliance group with respect to tax filing and
compliance matters
-Lobby for new and amended tax laws
-Apply for tax refunds or tax exemptions based on tax laws or regulations
-Represent the company in tax audits
-Research and keep track of tax law and regulation changes
Specific Knowledge
-Strong knowledge on China tax laws and regulation
-Fluent oral and written English
-Strong computer skills
-Strong relationship with tax authorities and government
