Position Title：Finance Manager 财务经理
Report to：CFO in Germany and Gear BU GM （Both German）
Company Summary：
Our client is a large sized German manufacturing technology expert for gears and transmission components.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring integrate and complete financial records, including transaction processing, reconciliations and the establishment of accounting processes and policies;
2. Monitor the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, internal controls Procedures and internal audit recommendation in the Business unit;
3. Collect the updated national and local law on accounting, taxation, foreign exchange and international trader, report the changes and give professional suggestions to top management in China;
4. Set up and improve the accounting system and internal finance control system;
5. Closely work with Finance team, deal with the team management;
6. Liaise with local authorities, such as SAFE, Tax Bureau & auditors;
7. Other related finance work.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree major in accountancy or finance.
2. Chinese GAAP and US GAAP knowledge
3. Ten years work experience in finance including 2 years management experience
4. Solid experience in manufacturing environment, manufacturing accounting, costing is a must
5. Knowledge about ERP system; experience with SAP will be a plus
6. Fluent spoken English and be able to work in English-speaking environment.
7. Be familiar with national and local law.
8. Good communication skills both with other departments within our organization and our customers, government, etc
