JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Cost sUPERVISOR

REPORTS TO : fINANCE mANAGER

DEPARTMENT : Finance & Accounting

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for manufacturing cost

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Responsible for setting up and maintaining costing system in ERP system, standard cost including annual cost revision

2. Responsible for variance analysis, (PPV/IPV, Transportation Variance)

3. Responsible for inventory accounting and reconciliation

4. Enhance financial system to ensure correct and efficient reporting system.

5. Handle group reporting and other analysis reports.

6. Actively involve into internal control process improvement

7. Key role in supporting management team in performance measuring, identifying opportunities of efficiency improvement, waste elimination, and adding value to business.

Qualification Requirement

.Bachelor degree or above
·Min. 8 years experience
·Skilled in Microsoft (especially EXCEL) and SAP system
·Fluent specking and writing English
·Need costing experience at least 5 years
·Professional knowledge in finance and accounting
·Carefulness on data checking and preparation
