Job Description

1.Plan and manage the job allocation for each accounting staff
2.Review of financial reports for Accounting Service Department
3.Review the weekly report by each accounting team to understand the status of each client
4.Ensure that all the monthly management report being sent to client before the committed deadline
5.Ensure that business tax; value added tax, individual income tax and enterprise income tax have been filed before the deadline to the Tax Bureau
6.Visit client office on a quarterly basis to explain on the status of the financial performance
7.Ensure timely collection of payment from clients
8.Establish procedures and assist in developing documentation, ongoing updates and knowledge management
9.Provide training on technical skills, attitude and updates on accounting guidelines to a team of accounting staff
10.Supervise various personnel functions including, but not limited to hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, and vacation schedules
11.Prepare the monthly management report and KPI for the Accounting Service Department
12.Supervising accounting staff on Annual Examination and Annual Tax Clearance while liaising with clients on Annual Audit
13.Meeting potential clients in answering some queries and issue quotation
14.Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
15.Develop new clients from your own network


Job Requirement
1.Possess a Professional Qualification (e.g. CICPA or ACCA) but part qualification will be considered
2.At least 5 years experience in a large Chinese or foreign CPA firm
3.Ability to write and speak in good English is a must
4.Experience in leading a team of staff to achieve Departmental objectives
5.Ability to multi-task and withstand pressure in managing tight datelines
6.Ability to handle foreign clients of diverse nationalities in various type of industries such as IT, Trading, Manufacturing Restaurants etc
7.Capability in establishing standards & implementing SOPs to ensure high-quality work of the entire Department
8.Ability to self-motivate and grow the Department to cater for monthly increasing number of clients
