Job Responsibilities：
1.To formulate the finance management system
a)To set and complete the finance rules and process
b)To prepare finance plan and analysis
c)To be responsible for the tax filing, and keep good relationship with the tax authority
d)Finance personnel management
2.To communicate with group CFO
3.To participate in external finance operation

Requirements：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, finance or related major
2.At least 4 years experience in the financial and accounting with min 2 years in manager level, experienced in MNC will be preferred
3.Skilled in Chinese and western accounting regulations and standards, and related domestic laws and policies
4.Professional in regular work, and familiar with project finance
5.Excellent communication skills
6.Proficiency in financial English, and fluent in English speaking and writing
7.Be able to optimize the financial system in accordance with the development need
