2.Costing:Cost calculation, Cost analysis, Transfer pricing, Promotion support, outsourcing support
3.Production reports: Total 13 reports(Quality,Scrap,Productivity,Machine utilization,etc.)
4.Management reports: Subsidiary letter, Report for president, Monthly P&L development
5.Budgeting and forecast: Coordinate budget for all subjects(HR, cost center, investment,sales),Monthly forecast
6.Corporate Governance:SOX,Risk management(design test process and perform test),Auditing,All compliances,
7.Plus 21 costing saving:Support all projects to achieve 7M Euro target
8.Special topics: investment, Headcount, capacity, inventory, margin,processes,reporting optimization,
9.Signatures/Approvals: Purchase order, payment, investment, lease,
10.Meetings:Board meeting,quarterly review,monthly review
11.Other topics from Germany and domestic requirements.
在这家公司我覆盖了从微观到宏观的所有内容,百分之百投入。我是又当爹又当妈又当丫鬟。结果你猜怎么着?德国经理说是沟通太少,如果多给我配几个手下,我当然有时间沟通。德国人在总部每人只做很窄的一块东西,没有什么技术含量,而我要做所有的东西,面对众多来自德国的炮弹。前任CFO一下了给我罗列了14个名单让我和他们建立良好的私人关系(personal relationship).德国经理(搞销售的)还不满意,实在无语凝噎!
事实上这家公司三年半的时间总裁(总经理)换了三个,上任总经理干了8个月,前任controller去年9月离去,财务总监今年三月离去,我6月离开,销售人员走马灯一样,另外公司从德国总部到中国派系林立,力量错综复杂,实在是让人不懂。
这就是我在这个德国百年老店的神奇经历!
