职位要求：

1. Bachelor's degree in Audit /Accounting/Finance. 2. Familiar with China tax/finance laws, rules and regulations. 3. Be familiar with operation procedure of foreign invested company 4. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English 5. Fluent on MS office 6. More than 3 years in an audit position in a CPA firm 7. Rich audit experience on foreign invested company 8. Training (based on the need): SOX, internal control skill esp for FIE

职位描述：

1. Establish company internal control procedure 2. Assessment of policies, procedures, processes, and controls to ensure all in operating efficiently and effectively; 3. Complying with laws, and regulations; providing reliable and accurate financial information. 4. Perform audit work, including plan preparation, work papers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records. 5. Assures follow up of audit findings to ensure adequacy and timeliness of correction. 6. Implement SOX policy 7. Validate and streamline existing procedure, lead to enhance compliance environment to Corp. standard 8. Coordinate excellent account reconciliation and balance analysis 9. Other task assigned by finance manager
