Financial Controller

Responsible for compiling the financial statements, including the Annual Consolidated Financial Forecast Statement according to the US GAAP（P&L Statement、Balance Sheet、Cash flow Sheet）and other relative financial statements.

Supervising the implementation of the company’s Budget.

Responsible for preparing monthly financial analysis summary and reports.

Responsible for liaison with external auditing firms.

Developing, implementing and supervising the internal financial control systems

Responsible for internal audit.

Providing training to the financial and accounting team.

Providing training to other related staff on internal financial control.

Bachelor degree or above in Finance or equivalent field.

Minimum of 8 years work experiences of relevant finance, accounting or auditing.

CPA of English speaking country and area.

Familiar with PRC GAAPUS GAAP and IFRS.
