主要职责 Major Accountabilites：
·Provide timely and valued added information by evaluating the revenue trends, changes in cost pattern and KPIs to local management for facilitating decision making, planning and controlling
·Give technical guidance to Area Finance Managers & Station finance Managers in producing value added information through analysis
·Develop and design financial reports and formulating KPIs, especially for the new domestic business, which are using as tools for local management to evaluate the revenue trend and patterns, cost behavior and drivers and their relationships
·Critically analyze and give comments to the financial data and its related performance measurement
·Promote and facilitate experience, information and best practices sharing among area finance

任职要求Qualifications：
·Intensive knowledge in analyzing financial data
·Possess strong knowledge in the operation of accounting systems
·Good communication skill and must be able to communicate with different level of colleagues, including local top management and overseas colleagues
·Good English skills, in terms of listening, speaking and writing
·Good presentation skills
·Possess strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
·Hard working, capable to work under pressure, overtime, innovative and accept changing
·Good computer application knowledge, such as Excel, Words and PowerPoint
·University graduated, possess of CN CPA qualification while holding of CPA other than China is a preference
·Minimum four years direct related accounting working experience
