Responsibilities:

Sales forecasting, budgeting and business modeling for critical issues analysis.

Regular performance evaluation / review with sales mgt. to identify risks & opportunities.

Partner with sales mgt. to provide financial support

Build control awareness cultural and put in place adequate check & balance environment.on

business engagements.

Technical & transactional advice and support with practiced and clear procedure.

Develop strong sales support finance team in East region.

Incumbent Requirements

· University education in Accounting, Finance or Business discipline (preferably MBA) with professional Accounting qualification. Over 5 years relevant working experience in Accounting, Finance, Control and/or Audit areas with minimum 3 years people management experience

· Strong sales operations background and practical experience in multi-national FMCG companies

· Good business acumen and commercial knowledge

· Strategic thinking, able to paint and see big picture

· Strong leadership and organization management skills

· Can work independently under pressure and capable of delivering commitment

· Ambitious and self-motivated

Strong inter-personal and communication skill, able to persuade and influence others through personal credibility and assertiveness
