Finance controller

Job Content

- Heading the Finance Department

- Coordinating with the project financing of the new projects - Dalian & Zhoushan

- Communicating with Tax Bureau, Stat. and Industry & Commerce Administration Bureau, banks and build networks beneficiary to the new projects' establishment

- Setting up the financial / accounting system of the new companies

- Setting up the financial regulations of the new companies

- Building up the finance departments of the new companies

- Supporting the financial management / activities within the current units of the group (China)

Job Specification

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or related fields

- Fluent oral/written English, CET-6 or above

- At least 8 years' relative experience among which 3 years as Finance Manager at MNCs, preferably in Ship-building industry

- CPA / ACCA certified as additional advantage

- Proactive working attitude

- Dedicated, able to handle pressure

- Strong communication / interpersonal skills

- Strong analyzing / problem-solving skills
