Job Description of Finance Manager

1. Responsibilities & Accountabilities

· - Oversee all financial activities including the day to day accounting, metrics analysis, costing, financial planning, VAT and tax reporting.

· - Ensure the accounts are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and corporate guidelines in relation to accounting and financial reporting.

· - Sustain financial services to other functions with high standard professionalism and ethics.

· - Maintain timely and accurate monthly closing.

· - Prepare metrics variance analysis and update the rolling forecast model monthly.

· - Facilitate internal and external financial audit, and minimize exposure of risks disclosed by internal /external audit.

· - Work with various function groups to ensure internal control is adequate and adhere to relevant corporate guidance/policy.

2. Qualifications/ Experience Required

· Professional qualification in Finance and Accounting.

· - Strong understanding of PRC GAAP and tax laws.

· - Minimum 6-year previous experiences in Accounting and Finance and at least 2-year at supervisory assignment.

· - Fluent in English writing/speaking.

· - Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership skills.

· - Proficient in using various MS-Office software and being familiar with principle of ERP/MRP.

· Willing to work under pressure
