job requirment

1.Minimum college education, preferably bachelor or above degree.
2.Major in finance, accounting or related subject.
3.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years on manager position.
4.Possess strong skills in communication, employee motivation and leadership.
5.Highly competent in financial analysis. Must have thorough understanding of business and financial operations.
6.Flexibility in dealing with a variety of situations.
7.Proficiency Chinese and English and fluent in spoken English.
8.Good working knowledge of manufacturing operations and good computer skills.

job discription:

1.Overall in-charge of finance department.
2.Responsible for full sets of books, China tax matters and Working Capital Management.
3.Prepare accurate financial reports on monthly basis and adhere to strict deadlines.
4.Liaise with Headquarter in Singapore on Financial matter.
5.System and process.
6.Annual budget / rolling forecast exercise.
7.Resource management.
8.Perform any other related duties as and when required by the supervisor
