Summary
-Support the Finance Manager for the financial functions covering the Operation and SBUs,

-To audit that all jobs within the Department will be preformed effectively and efficiently by constantly reviewing team members' performance.

- Ensure the accounting and tax practice of the company are in compliance with statutory and management requirements

Required Job Skills

3. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Able to work on strict deadlines and under pressure.
5. Work independently, positively with self-orientation

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business analysis from tax point view

2. Manage capital expenditure and assets
3.To ensure SOX compliance and Internal Control Process and coordinate with the auditing matters including internal auditing and external auditing.

4. Be responsible for tax declaration issues in all legal entities
5.Proactive management, projects as assigned, and meet local, regional.
6.Maintains accounting systems which comply with generally accepted accounting principles, tax requirements, SEC requirements, and management reporting requirements.

7.Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements

Education & Experience:
1. University graduate in accounting, finance or related discipline with CICPA, ACCA, or other recognized professional accounting qualification.
2. Seven years above related work experience at MNC with over 3 years in managerial positions; Background in international auditing firm is plus
3. Familiar with China finance/Tax related regulation
