Job Title :Financial Controller

ORGANISATION RELATIONSHIPS

Report To	Regional FD / Dotted Line to Local GM
Supervises	Accounting Manager, Costing Manager
Co-ordinates with Others (Internal)	All Functional Depts at Entity, Feml Regional Office and Lisle Corp Office
Co-ordinates with Others (External)	External Auditors, Tax Bureau, SAFE and Bankers, Government Authorities and Agents

PURPOSE OF JOB

Lead and manage an effective Finance team to provide high value added services to the business and operations

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to local management, regional office and corporate at all times

Comply closely to SOX requirements to ensure sound internal control system is operating effectively to safeguard company assets

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Accounting

o Supervise and maintain a set of financial records with high accuracy and good integrity.

o Submit on a timely basis high quality financial reports to all relevant parties

o Strategize annual planning and exercise budgetary control, work with the GM to steer the company in the right direction to achieve the goals so establish

o Coordinate with internal and external audits, local authorities to meet all the statuary requirements

o Review and ensure effectiveness of internal control, lead and drive the SOX compliance in business process and safeguard company’s interest

o Manage tax matters, VAT with proper tax planning to maximize company’s after tax profit

o Ensure adequate treasury efforts to minimize any FX exposure

Cost Accounting

o Supervise and ensure high quality of cost data base is maintained

o To provide timely pricing support for business decision

o To provide profitability analysis to allow continual improvement

o To allow proper inventory valuation

o Evaluate project justification and assist in capital tooling investment decision

o Feedback on a timely basis production variances to operational managers for corrective actions

o Provide LGM analysis to identify non profitable product sales and work with Sales on business decision to improve the margin

Management and Administrative

o Train and develop staff members to provide bigger job exposure with proper backup and succession plan

o Promote positive mindset, right working attitude & cohesive team work and lead by example

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education Qualification	CPA/ACCA or accounting degree MBA is a plus.
Other Skills	Strong analytical skill and interpersonal skills. Flexibility in adapting to changes and ability to drive changes Good in commutation and presentation skill Strong leadership quality and high integrity
Years of Experience	> 10 years working experiences with at least 5 years in management capacity in a manufacturing environment
