Title: Financial Manager

Working location: Luoyang Plant

Main Functions:

Main Tasks for Company

1. Participate to strategy organization of company with other divisions

2. Responsible for budgeting, playing a key role for the coordination at various stages of budget development with all related business departments; Responsible for providing advanced professional assistance to management team of the company on project investment control (CAPEX) such as actualization and follow-up;

3. Responsible for implementing and optimizing the proper procedures for accounting, as well as for internal control procedures including purchasing, sales, inventories etc.

4. Responsible to coordinate other functional departments for the implementation of internal control procedures and policies;

5. Organize finance/IT team tasks, and training according to needs;

6. Follow-up the updated Chinese accounting rules and fiscal rules; ensure the strict implementation of these rules;

7. Responsible for appraising business operational situation in terms of costs, budgets and trends; secure the fixed assets and treasury management;

8. Responsible for operational management of cash (WCR mineralization， hedging according to headquarters authorization, securing bank transactions)

9. Apply tax rules in best interest of company (optimization) in liaison with headquarters

10. Responsible for the coordination of internal and external auditing;

11. Responsible for the approval of different financial reports including internal report; ensure to provide in due time basis the monthly reporting and comments;

12. Assistance to Division headquarter and to for providing financial information and needed consolidated data;

Qualifications：

* Typical Education Level:

Around 30-35 years old

University graduate: MA in Financial and Accounting studies will be preferred.

l Specialized knowledge and skills:

At least 10 years of accounting and finance experience in manufacturing companies in China，and especially with around 5 years management experience, preferably within an international group.

Leadership and team work spirit; organizational capability; good communication skills;

Rreliable, responsible;

Analytical skills, synthetic

Expertise in internal controls, accounting, budgeting system and management control, tax.

Skills in usual PC software: computerized accounting, Word, Excel, Chinese Star;

Familiar with Finance system, knowledge in EXACT

Good Written English is a must and Good spoken English will be preferred

Key Relationship:

* Internal: all the departments in plants; Financial department of Business Branch; Financial Department of Delegation China

* External: External Consultants, Banks, GVT Agencies, auditors.
