Job Description

[Position] Credit Analyst

[Responsibility of the Job]:

Customer financial status assessment and credit status evaluation

·Accounts receivable collection on time

·To achieve DSO target, AR % past due,bad debts and other targets of company

·Prepare relative credit reports according to routine job eg. AR collection report,credit annual review etc.

·Negotiate with customers about credit terms aligned with sales based on the results of evaluation.

·Keep familiar with credit policy/procedure and updates,ensure to comply with credit policy and procedure.

·Maintain good communication with customer for their financial status and payment record checking

·Attend weekly sales meeting and go through coaching project to each sales team

·Cooperate with other departments to resolve return and refund issues.

·Clear the day-in-and-day-out issues such as change invoices, change mailing/shipping address.

·Keep credit file and relevant materials well

[Experience Requirement]

University graduate with Bachelor (or above)Degree in Accounting or Finance

·Bank experience and credit experience is preferred

·Good credit analysis ability - finance education background and minimum 3 years working experience in finance or banking

·Extraordinary communication skill

·Good oral and written skills in English

·Self-motivated; Team-player; Adaptable; Able to work under pressure and independently

·Good at Excel/Word and other MS Office softwares


[Position]Credit Manager

[Responsibility of the Job]:

·Customer financial status assessment and credit status evaluation

· Regular review of A/R aging, DSO and Bad Debts.

·To lead a credit team to achieve liquidity target: DSO, AR % past due, bad debts and other relative goals

· Negotiate with customers about credit terms aligned with sales based on the results of evaluation.·Keep familiar with credit policy/procedure and updates, ensure to comply with credit policy and procedure.

·Maintain good communication with customer for their financial status and payment record checking

·Cooperate with other departments to resolve return and refund issues.

·Serve as an effective link between credit analysts and senior credit manager &finance director. Likewise with sales team and customers.

·Process improvements and systems upgrades to achieve liquidity targets

·Take ownership and drive successful implementation of special projects as signed by senior credit manager.

[Experience Requirement]

University graduate with Bachelor ( or above)Degree in Accounting or Finance .

· People manager experience prefer

·Good credit analysis ability - finance education background and minimum 5 years working experience in finance or banking

·Extraordinary communication skill

·Good oral and written skills in English

·Self-motivated; Team-player; Adaptable; Able to work under pressure and independently

·Good at Excel/Word and other MS Office softwares. MS office/Execl


[Position]Financial Manager

[Responsibility of the Job]:

· Actively involve in developing quarterly business target setting, planning and forecasting cycles of the E-Business

· Review and analyze P&L, comparing actuals vs forecast and explaining reasons for budget variances and trends

· Monitor and analyze weekly business performance metrics to assist business owners to identify risks and opportunities in driving profitable growth and drive Outlook accuracy

· Partner with business owners to plan and execute within the approved Operating Expense and headcount budget

· Proactively challenge existing processes and to identify opportunities for business process improvement

· Initiate and lead cost savings initiatives and prepare cost benefit analysis to support business decisions

· Prepare executive review decks for presentation to E-business leaders

Lead the Internal Control Healthcheck exercise

[Experience Requirement]

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Professional Accountancy Qualification.

  • At least 8 years working experience in financial management field in global or regional organizations.

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen

  • Able to work independently and under fast moving environment

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable to work with Senior Management and a strong drive for results

  • Advance knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint
