Accounting
- Supervise day-to-day accounting work and periodical closing.
- Ensure both US and Local accounting system integrity
- Liase statutory audit and annual tax audit
Financial reporting
- Take charge of the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting package to CFR. Ensure correctness and consistency with the accounting system.
- Ensure timley submission of accurate BU management repors including actual and budet P&L, credit, OWC, CAPEX and etc
- Review periodical financial reports to local authorities and ensure the correctness and compliance.
- Provide other accounting data per requests.
Monitoring
- Perform regular monitor to safeguard Company assets including cash, receivables, inventory and fixed assets.
- Lead monthly balance sheet reconciliation and resolve identified issues timely
- Fulfill the Finance role in monitoring risks related to payment, FX, commodity position
Compliance
- Lead the internal control implementation to comply with Company policies and procudures
- Ensure compliance with all local accounting, tax, SAFE and statistics regulations.
Talent management & development
- Supervise, coach, develop and train team members
- Make staffing decisions as necessary to ensure the accounting staff is right sized, knowledgeable, capable and engaged.


•        Bachelor and above degree majored in finance or accounting
•        Previous experience in feed or food processing industry is a plus
•        Fluent English and Mandarin
•        Strong office software skill
•        Over 6 years working experience in Finance area in a MNC environment
•        A minimum of 2 year experience as a team leader
•        Good understanding of PRC tax regulations
•        Able to work independently under heavy pressure with minimal supervision
•        Good team player
•        Demonstrate strong learning capabilities
•        Well organized
