海翼飞机

海翼飞机研发（江苏）有限公司成立于2013年11月，是无锡产业发展集团有限公司、无锡市新区科技金融创业投资集团有限公司与道尼尔家族的Aviador控股有限公司共同在无锡成立的中外合资企业，注册资金1.2亿美元，计划达产后年产飞机48架。
海翼飞机研发（江苏）有限公司设立后立即收购了德国道尼尔海翼有限责任公司，收购后的德国海翼公司将作为海外研发中心，负责海星飞机的EASA适航证更新认证以及持续适航工作。海星飞机计划于2016年完成首飞及首架飞机的交付，2017年起量产。

Seawings Aircraft (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was set up in November, 2013. It was jointly set up by Wuxi Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd., Wuxi New District Science and Technology Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd. as well as Aviador Holding S.a.r.l.. The registered capital of the Company is US$ 120,000,000. The annual output plan is forty-eight of Seastar.

Seawings Aircraft (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. has finished the acquisition of Dornier Seawings AG and gains the European (EASA) and the U.S. (FAA) aviation authorities of Seastar, know-how and prototype aircraft and other related assets. Dornier Seawings AG will be the overseas research and development center of Seawings Aircraft (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. who is responsible for updating the certification of EASA aviation authority and the continuous airworthiness. Company plans to make the maiden flight of Seastar at the end of 2016 and accomplish the delivery. Seastar will put into serial production in 2017.
