Finance Manager, english fluent

We recruit for a company located in Shanghai a Finance Manager. Field of activity of the company: corporate services, suppliers of event companies, fashion and cosmetics producers, industry, banking.

 

The Finance Manager must have strong knowledge of chinese finance and tax law, cash flow and treasury optimisation, will be in charge to set up all financial organisation for this young but fast growing company (in the next 3 years it is planned to list the company to the stock market).

 

Hiring Requirement

~Male or Female, Graduated in Finance from a famous University

~8 to 10 years experience in a CPA or international organisation or one of the major audit and finance advisory firm

~experienced working directly with foreigners

~must be really fluent en english to communicate with CEO and Partners

~to speak french would be an advantage (but not mandatory),
