·        Bachelor of Accounting &Finance degree

·        At least 4 years of solidaccounting experience

·        experience in a multinationalcompany is a must

·        Strong skills in Excel in amassive plus

·        Able to work under pressure andmeet tight deadlines

·        Fluent in English and Mandarinis a must

Reporting into the Global head of sharedservices, your responsibilities will include:

Handle daily accountingoperation, including payment and expenses review

·        Prepare & calculate bonus,commissions and payroll – related and corresponding journal entries accuratelyand timely

·        Participate in month-endclosing, reviewing journals and account reconciliations

·        Completion of keyend-of-month/quarter-end accrued profits in close cooperation with sharedservices and businesses

·        Work with internal and externalauditing teams prior to, and during, quarterly and annual audit processensuring all requirements are adhered to and completed timely.

·        Review local financial andmanagement reports and provide general support to the Finance Manager, whileworking closely with the Sydney & Glasgow teams to ensure the integrity andaccuracy of financial information.

·        Establish good relationshipwith outsourcing suppliers, tax authorities and Banks

·        Improve forecast accuracy andproactively provide insights and recommendations to facilitate rapid decisionmaking
